Land banking is the system of holding onto property instead of money which my family and myself have always done for a long period of time
Speculating is for a more short period upto five years flipping for a profit
I’m a land bank speculator has in I combine the two and rent my housing till the time the investment matures

I own houses 🏡 🏡 🏡 🏡 I own the house I live in.. my mothers house… I rent a house to a family and I’ve a fourth penthouse apartment I rent to another young family… has well has this I sell branded goods online and to established clientele
